Why should I book using this website?

By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.

What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Standard check-in time is 2pm however early check in may be available depending on availability.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, you can arrive at any time, however advance notice is required for check ins after 7pm.

Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, we have parking for all vehicles, including trailers, trucks and buses. Just let us know your requirements!

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at Havannah Accommodation are non-smoking. Smoking areas are located on the property, please enquire during check-in or booking.

Do you have a restaurant?

No we do not, however we do have a large communal kitchen and dining area on site.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, free WiFi is available in all guest rooms and throughout the property.

Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

Yes, we have a BBQ area.

How close are you to the shops?

Within 500m is a variety of cafes and restaurants.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

How do I guarantee my booking?

Credit card details are required to secure room booking or the first night charge electronically transferred to secure the room.
